Shipping policy

Processing. Orders ship within 2 business days. Liquid cultures are drawn fresh from lab-tested batches, so occasionally a species ships a day or two later to avoid sending old stock — if so, we will email you.

Rates. Free standard shipping on orders over $75. Standard shipping below that is calculated at checkout.

Live goods and weather. Cultures tolerate transit well, but sustained extreme heat or deep freeze can harm them. During severe weather we may hold shipments briefly, or ship early in the week so packages do not sit in carrier facilities over a weekend. Cultures arriving damaged or non-viable are covered by our replacement guarantee — see the Refund policy.

Delivery estimates. 3–7 business days for standard shipping within the continental US. Tracking is emailed when your order ships.

Where we ship. United States only at this time.

Wrong address / failed delivery. If a package is returned to us because of an address error, we will reship it; a second shipping charge may apply. If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, contact us within 7 days and we will work it out with the carrier.

On arrival. Unbox promptly. Refrigerate culture syringes; start kits within 30 days for best results.
