These terms govern your use of grospore.com and your purchases from GroSpore. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and intended use

GroSpore sells mushroom cultivation products: grow kits, liquid cultures, sterile substrate, and related supplies. All products are sold for the legal cultivation of gourmet and functional mushroom species only. Every culture we sell is a named, labelled species — what is on the box is what is in the syringe.

Cultivation outcomes

Growing results depend on conditions we do not control (temperature, humidity, handling, substrate). Product pages state realistic difficulty and timelines; our replacement guarantee (see the Refund policy) covers cultures and kits that fail despite directions being followed. We do not guarantee any particular yield.

Food safety

Only consume mushrooms you have positively identified as the cultivated species and that appear healthy. Cook gourmet mushrooms thoroughly. If you are immunocompromised or uncertain, consult a professional before consuming home-grown mushrooms.

No medical claims

Functional species (lion's mane, reishi) are sold for cultivation. Statements about traditional use are not medical advice. Nothing we sell is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Age

You must be 18 or older to purchase.

Orders and pricing

We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected resale abuse or pricing errors. Prices and availability may change without notice; if we cancel an order you have paid for, you receive a full refund.

Intellectual property

Site content, photography, and branding are the property of GroSpore and may not be reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GroSpore's liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
